Old Fair Oaks is conveniently located next to and bordered by the American River Parkway. This provides ample opportunity to a variety of activities including biking, jogging, rafting, kayaking, or simply just being around nature! "The Village", the heart of Fair Oaks, is a quaint historic plaza full of family owned businesses and little shops. The village offers a central park, outdoor amphitheater, and great restaurants all within walking distance from each other. Also, there are annual events and parades in the village every year for the residents. Don't forget to look out for the wild turkeys and roosters!
